Hello ! I'm pretty sure it's a phoridae (if only because of the way it was scrambling around on the leaves), but is it reasonable to go as far as Phora sp. ? Approx. 2 mm Heron Belgium, August 29th. The head and body shape and intense velvet black colour are certainly typical of Phora
