This 5 mm syrphid visits a Brassica napus with hundreds of Brevicoryne brassicae aphids since a few days to lay eggs.
(Ansbach, DE-Middle-Franconia, close to an old deciduous forest)
Fotogids Zweefvliegen leads me to Trichopsomyia lucida - is that correct?
