Looks like many other Tachinids ....
South Norway, Telemark,
01.08.2020,
Size: 8,6 mm.,
meadow with shrubs.

A female Phebellia. Very difficult genus. Any chance of getting a bettr view on the abdominal tip?

Excellent work. From what I can see, it is a sure candidate female Ph. villica.
But let it be said females of Phebellia are exceptionally difficult to tell apart.
