The indentation of the posterior margin of the anterior lateral black mark, in the first photo, suggests Anthomyia imbrida Rond. But for an accurate identification it would be necessary to examine the 5th sternite and other genitalic structures. Another useful character for imbrida is the presence of numerous setae on the hind tibia, but this is not clear in the photo.
It is, I am afraid, very difficult to ID Anthomyiidae from general photos !
