I would say Hydrotea but somethings wrong with white hindtergite.
I will want a good genius for all to learn to me ( and english too) Grin

If I'm not wrong (I see a big apical upcurved seta on f2), it is Hydrotaea diabolus.

Yes St?phane, you're completely right. Actualy, it is two long setae on apex of f2, and you can also see a spine on ventral side of f3, a long pd on t3. All these characters are typical for male Hydrotaea diabolus !
