Appears to have a complete subcosta, free from R1 distally, and a retracted dm-cu crossvein. I think Agromyzidae subfamily Phytomyzinae. |

Subcostal region of left wing looks different from that of the right wing (a monstrousity?) Macrosetae of head and mesonotum are reduced. Colouration very much like Chloropidae. I think it is a chloropid. |
