Hello, I found this fly in July in Germany, Saxony, Chemnitz in a Park on a limetree. Is it a Merodon moenium or could it be another species? I can only surmise the 4 dusted longitudinal stripes on thorax. Thanks, Marion Marion Friedrich attached the following image:  [216.02Kb] |
