Is that a Asilidae and can it be determined from the photos?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, garden in Krefeld-Uerdingen, size approx. 10 mm

It can almost be ID-ed, this is Choerades fimbriata or fulva. Females can't be separated.
