Hi, I've found this females Carcelia iliaca(?) yesterday on a nest of Thaumetopoea processionea. Also, there where two caterpillars on another nest with eggs of Carcelia iliaca(?). (Ansbach, DE-Middle-Franconia, old deciduous forest, hornbeam & oak, 2020-06-30) Can the species be confirmed? Thanks a lot! Thank you very much again, Theo. I've found one on 2018-06-21 and 2019-06-21 in the same forest (but very poor pictures). Greetings, Eric |
