Hello! On May 17th, 2020, I observed this fly among several different Syrphidae right next to a small pond with reed and lined with trees. The pond is situated among gardens and fields outside of Mainz, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. Could it be Syritta pipiens? Thank you in advance! Ina

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
