Hi, Some days ago I watched this medium-sized brown Empis with a lot of stripes on the thorax. I am not sure what species it is, so help is greatly appreciated! Oops - I should have known it! I compared with my photos of E. livida but they seemed to have only three stripes on the thorax. Well, may be it's a matter of exposure to light and reflection... Many thanks, Paul! |
