Wing venation points to Rhinophoridae, so it could be Phyto melanocephala. Compare here https://diptera.i...d_id=23586 and here https://diptera.i...d_id=21866 - in both cases there is this short blind vein on crossvein dm-cu, I have observed it several times, though it is not necessarily present. Change the title of the post to attract Theo for confirmation and explanation of the blind vein! |
