Paykullia vs Rhinophora

SW France 2 days ago. Several of them were resting on cherry laurel leaves during brief rain stops. Size variable between 4 mm for the smallest & 6 mm for the largest. I thought they were Paykullia maculata at first glance, but I know think they could be Rhinophora lepida. OK, thank you Theo, I eliminated Stevenia actually because I thought the bend of vein M was not sharp enough. |

In Rhinophoridae (in Europe), the bend is never really sharp. The stalk is too long for the genera you mentioned. Theo |
