As this little fly was showing me its wing so kindly I have tried to use the key of diptera families on this and finally got Brachystomatidae.
Is this correct? More info very welcome...

The end of the radial veins reminds me more of Clinocerinae.

Using your hint, I found a very similar image of a Dolichocephala sp.
Could this be a match?
