Hello, pink scutellum tip and curve in M-vein point to Muscina and yellowish legs to M. stabulans I think. P.S.: Always give location. I don't know, if there are similar flies, if it wasn't found in Europe... Also other data like find date, size of the fly etc. may be helpful in many cases.
