I misidentified this originally as Carcelia sp, but it may not even be close.

A lateral view. The eyes are not large enough for Carcelia.

So this is Carcelia after all. Now I realize what my problem is. This must be a male, that is why I could not get the jizz. The head shape is different, making the eyes relatively smaller, and also the abdomen is much leaner. What remains a mystery, why I keep seeing dozens of females, but only very few males. Thx.
