eye-to-cheek index is about 3:1, all tibiae yellow, abdomen spotted- if coloration is good on this photo, then it is Notiphila cinerea |

Thx for the hint. The tibiae seem to be largely yellow, I do not know whether this is sufficient to be sure in the id. The coloration should be ok. Cinerea is perhaps the most common Notiphila in Hungary, so I would not be surprised if this was N. cinerea indeed.
