Collected from an oak tree.

Female: Femur and Tibia of all legs partly yellowish.
Maybe B. venosus?

This looks very much like my couple (https://diptera.i...d_id=94610): dark wing veins, very long and slender legs, 8 antennal segments, spurs of front tibiae short and of equal length, inner spurs of hind tibiae (female) about as long as 3rd tarsal segment - B. venosus.
Please try to get bigger pictures, as many decisive characters are minute! This is still one of the "easier" species...
