Hi, I've found the orange larva in galleries of Ips typographus since a few days. The image is from 2020-03-01. Any help to genus or species is much appreciated. Greetings Eric eklans attached the following image: [47.65Kb] Edited by eklans on 03-03-2020 16:16 |

I have seen many larvae of Zabrachia in the last weeks on different trees and this Picea, too. The larva disappeared so is it possible, that the bigger ones are the last larval state of Zabrachia cf. tenella? Thank you for your ideas! Eric |
