Several leaves are turning colors without evidence of mining so I'm not sure you have mines. Blotch mines in Rubus in Europe are described here: https://bladminee...eae/rubus/. |

I'm inclined to agree with John. Unless you can see evidence of frass within the blotch, I would suggest this is a fungal problem - particularly the way it's affecting the very edge of the leaf.
