Am I correct that this is a female Meigenia spec.? Between 5-15 september 2019 in yellow pan trap, Almere Netherlands.

Thank you for your help. Here a side view of the head and a better picture of the scutellum. One of the apical bristles is missing.

Yup, you can view the wing from above (dorsal side) and from beneath (ventral side).
