Lonchaeidae, I think, which is in the same superfamily as Ulidiidae. |

yes Lonchaeidae - Very interesting specimen! with that very long antennal postpedicel and shining black frons it looks like one of the Lonchaea togoensis group of species - which I dont think have been previously recorded from South Africa. Did you keep the specimen by any chance? Iain MacGowan |
