Seen near Targu Neamt, Moldova, Romania.
Alt.: approx.. 700m
Date: 2019-07-04
All photos show the same specimen.
Relatively small size, legs completely black as far as I can see and hairy genitals. Wings look oddly wrinkled.
Any idea regarding species?
