Berlin - July 2019 = 3mm male?

Hello everyone,

I found this Tephritidae at my balcony and attracted to light. I think females have an oviscape, thus, this should be a male. I match the wing to Trupanea stellata. is this correct?

Thank you Smile

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
