Berlin - July 2019 = 3mm male?

Hello everyone,

I found this Tephritidae at my balcony and attracted to light. I think females have an oviscape, thus, this should be a male. I match the wing to Trupanea stellata. is this correct?

Very correct : A male Trupanea stellata.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
