 Hello,
I think Stenopogon sabaudus, but ?
Observed on 03 june 2019 in dry place, Marseille south of France
Length : 22 mm.

 Stenopogon is correct, but not 'sabaudus'.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
