1.06.2019, Slovakia, Banska Bystrica region, on Petasites albus in mountain valley, 500 masl.

This species is not in Slovakia check list, but in gallery it is the only species matching my photo.

It is in Slovak checklist under the more accepted name Temnosira saltuum. Your ID is correct, it is a female.

Yup, you can view the wing from above (dorsal side) and from beneath (ventral side).
