Hello,

what fly is this? (Size about 7 or 8mm, found near a forest border in rhineland). My guess is some Coenosia species.

I think it is Eutrichota, Anthomyiidae

Oh no, I was again wrong with the family. And again it's something for my "unidentifiable Anthomyiidae" folder....

Not as "unidentifiable" with genus.
If my guess is correct, of course...
