Hello, does not look like Phaonia pallida. I think, this is a Pegomya species (Anthomyiidae). Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

One more try: I think my photo Nr. 3 looks like the picture in the Diptera Gallery https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=9376. Is my new idea "Pegomya testacea" ok? Greetings Kuv Edited by kuv on 04-12-2019 14:58 |

Seems correct! There is however a very similar species....Pegomya prisca(Michelsen), but only known from Sweden, Czech.Rep, and Slovakia til now.. Genital preparation is needed to separate those two species. Just save this one as Pegomya testacea (more common species)....and maybe you can collect some specimen in the future.
