Location: About 30 km N of Stockholm, Sweden Date: 2007-OCT-06 Habitat: Trunk of aspen All Phoridae flies mentioned here seems to be Megaselia sp. I suspect this also is one of them

Not Megaselia, that genus never has strong setae on tibiae 1-2. My first though was Spiniphora dorsata, but it does not seem to have the namesake short spines on fore tibiae. Edited by Kahis on 06-10-2007 19:16 Kahis |
