Where in the world did you see this? and do you have photos from other angles? It looks like a bit like Blepharipa but Theo might be able to make more from it. |

Yes, Theo has it then - Sturmia bella I have found the colour of the scutellum a bit variable but 7-8mm would favour Sturmia too |
