Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, at the edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen, at the handrail of a footbridge; Outsidephotos: kuv, 3rd of September 2017. No idea. Please help to get the ID.

Diptera larvae do not have jointed legs. Coleoptera?
