is this a recent photo? (it often helps identification if posters date their observations), if taken in the last few weeks it is probably Anastoechus nitidulus.

Ah! Anastoechus nitidulus!  David Gibbs have reason in this one. it has a very hairy face. Systoechus sp. seems to have no hairy face? ... I assumed that this photo was taken in June/July.  |
