The hind femora seem to be dark, so it could be Syrphus vitripennis. I am no syrphid expert, however, and just compare pictures with those on good syrphid websites. As I photographed a related species in Berlin today, I am somewhat sensitized to this abdominal pattern! I recommend you the special syrphid forum on this website where you can get answers that are more reliable.
