Keys out to Tachypeza using the Manual of the Nearctic Diptera but I’d appreciate some expert feedback. Logic/illogic of the ID on the BugGuide post: https://bugguide....ew/1620822.
found in an office park with numerous trees, lawns, and a pond.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
