Zosimova Pustyn station, Naro-Fominsk district, Moscow region, Russia. Just 20 m from the railroad, small forest (mostly Tilia cordata). Size around 2.8 mm. The only decent picture.

Looks like Diastata costata to me, but that's without use of any key whatsoever, so not very trustworthySmile.

Diastata vagans should have cross-vein dm-cu strongly infuscated, which seems not to be the case in your specimen. So I still go for D. costata.
