Size 5 mm (6.5 mm with ovipositor). Maybe T. conura, too? T. fallax and T. crepidis also look similar to me.

The black post-notopleural bristle points to T. conura. However the wingpattern is somewhat to uniformly pronounced!
The black post-notopleural bristle rules out both T. crepidis and T. fallax.
But I don't know what other related species to T. conura occur in the vicinity of Moscow. I do have some similar specimens from the Altay mountains, though haven't had the time to examine them properly...

Many thanks John - maybe I should try running (I'd rather say creeping through) Rikhter's key to find out whether there's some more local candidates...
