Is it possible to tell Family and genus of this very small Hymis
Black scutellum and black & white legs.

Photo from 10 October 2018 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ã…ngermanland, Sweden.

Hi Kurt,

yes, definitely Chalcidoidea, I'd say it belongs to family Eulophidae, but I fear, genus is almost impossible to say...
