male Platypezid - Polyporivora picta?

Yesterday I came across this male of Platypezidae. According to wing venation (long anal cell, median fork closer to wing margin than to dm-cu) and slightly yellowish wing colour I would name it Polyporivora picta. Can this be confirmed?
