These are in pretty bad shape, but I think they are ephemeroptera. Can anybody verify, and/or provide input on the genus? Thanks!

If these were in freshwater, I'd agree that they are young Ephemeroptera nymphs. If they were terrestrial, I'd suggest that they are Zygentoma (=Thysanura).

To me it looks closer to nymphs of Zygentoma. |
