Hi


* locality - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 2007.09.20
* size - 6 mm (medium fly)
* habitat - woodland
* substrate - on Ficus carica leaf


I think this is Metopia argyrocephala. Is it right?

extreme closeup of male front tarsus

showing some curly hairs -> rondanii
not -> argyrocephala


difficult to see without experience. Especially without reference material.
You can try.
