One of the fissicorn Tachinidae, which are mostly in subfamily Tachininae. |

The only fissicorn species in the key to Central European Tachinidae is Peribaea fissicornis. We have several species in America. |

Acutally, nowadyas, there is a second: Peribaea hertingi. Only the females can be separated (and only the males are fissicorn.... ) Theo |
