Is it possible to tell genus and spieces of this fly?

Cyzenis is spring only and looks quite different, to Tachinidae standards.

This is the female of Pales pavida: bluish, tibiae reddish, scutellum red,
(the other bluish genus is Empicampocera, which has tibiae and scutellum black).
