I found this ichneumonid in Barcelos, Portugal on the 13th of September 2007. Jorge has already helped me saying that it belongs to the genus Ophion.
Is it possible to go further down to the species level?
Thank you

Ophioninae perhaps but I wouldn't like to go further - especially as we can't confirm the body size or the full wing venation from the photos. The wings should have quite distinctive chitinous 'blobs', by the way. This colouration and overall body shape is copied by many genera of nocturnal parasitica, including Ophion, which tends to be the larger species. Smile Species-level identification in Ophion is very difficult.
