Looks like Meiosimyza, the most common autumn species is Meiosimyza rorida. To be sure - collect and find short av spines at apex of f1. Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

av - anteroventral f femora, t tibia, t3 hind tibia, f1 fore femora. If you look at your mind at fly from dorsal side and put (also at your mind) all legs at 90 angle to body aside - than low directed setae will be ventral, ahead - anterior, half v - half a will be av (as south-west, for example, in geography) Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
