They look like Ectophasia ( no petiole ) but abdomen aren't same. Are such differences possible on the abdomen ? Thanks for help Edith Near Paris, september 15th, 7-8 mm, in a meadow near a wood Is this the same species ? Edited by guenille on 16-09-2007 07:51 |

Yes, Ectophasia crassipennis is a very variable species. Moreover, the first one is a male (long claws), the second one seems to be female. There are two very different type of males, see previous threads on this subject (use the search button) Theo |
