Chloropidae, Oscinelliinae, probably Oscinella (Oscinella frit is the common species). This is an excellent photo for the gallery - shows the large ocellar triangle very well. Perhaps someone can confirm my determination?

Oscinella it is, but probably unidentifiable to species level.
