Hi,

several of these flies were found on a mushroom, a large rotting polypore in the Viennese forest.
Is an ID possible? More features can be added if needed

Kind regards,
Lorin

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol
