 Looks generally like Xenaspis pictipennis Walker. That species, known mainly by the types from Assam (India) differs by entirely black femora. Nothing is known about its further distribution and variability, so it can be a closely related unknown species or just a local morph of the known one.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
