Is this a Rhinophorid? I have only this image.

Does not look familiar as a Rhinophorid. First impression is that of a female Macquartia ? (tachinidae, that is) Theo |

You are absolutely right ! M. grisea is easily mistaken for a Muscid (though wing venation is typical Tachinid). And most (not all) Macquartia have small calyptrae like Rhinophorids. |
