This Cecidomyiidae was collected 14 May near Wolphaartsdijk, the Netherlands. I don't have literature for Cecidomyiidae, so I hope someone can help me with the ID. It has some silvery scales behind the eyes, on the legs and abdomen. Thanks!

Based on the wing, tribe Lasiopterini is most likely. It used to have a lot more scales.
